All orders are seamlessly processed, packed, and dispatched from our logistics center in France, operating in partnership with Deret to ensure premium handling of our fragrance products.

Processing Times Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed prior to dispatch. Once your package leaves our French fulfillment center, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Zones We proudly ship locally within France and across the European Union (EU).Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €80 (applicable to both France and the EU). France (Standard Shipping): For orders under the €80 threshold, a flat rate shipping fee of €10 applies. European Union (Standard Shipping): For orders under the €80 threshold, a flat rate shipping fee of €20 applies.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature and hygiene standards of our fragrance and primer formulas, we adhere to strict return protocols to guarantee the integrity of our products.

14 Day Return Policy Under EU regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be strictly unused, unopened, and returned in its original, sealed packaging (including all cellophane and tamper evident seals intact).

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our Deret facility in France. Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the items. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Fulfillment & Third Party Logistics By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge that physical fulfillment is handled by our third party logistics partner, Deret, based in France. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to carrier conditions. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
